Chow turns  into a fancy-schmancy snack with the addition of Baron’s Sweet Chili Thai Sauce in this quick and easy twist on the delicious classic!

Sweet Chili Citrus & Pineapple Chow

Ingredients
For the Marinade:
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Baron Sweet Chili Thai Sauce
  • 1/2  Tbsp. Baron Hot Sauce
  • 2 cloves  garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp.  scallion thinly sliced
  • 1/4  tsp. Scotch Bonnet
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 segmented grapefruit
For the Fruit Mix:
  • 1 medium-sized pineapple peeled and medium chop
  • 1 large orange  skin-on, washed and cut into half-moons
  • 1 large pink grapefruit peeled and segmented
Preparation
  1. Arrange fruit in a glass dish. In a small mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Taste for salt, black pepper and/or Baron Sweet Chili Thai Sauce. Adjust flavours if needed. Pour marinade over fruit and mix lightly.  Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving.
