Chow turns into a fancy-schmancy snack with the addition of Baron’s Sweet Chili Thai Sauce in this quick and easy twist on the delicious classic!

Sweet Chili Citrus & Pineapple Chow

Ingredients
For the Marinade:
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Baron Sweet Chili Thai Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Baron Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. scallion thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. Scotch Bonnet
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 segmented grapefruit
For the Fruit Mix:
- 1 medium-sized pineapple peeled and medium chop
- 1 large orange skin-on, washed and cut into half-moons
- 1 large pink grapefruit peeled and segmented
Preparation

Arrange fruit in a glass dish. In a small mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Taste for salt, black pepper and/or Baron Sweet Chili Thai Sauce. Adjust flavours if needed. Pour marinade over fruit and mix lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving.
