Breadfruit Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Carmeta’s Breadfruit Flour
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 Cup whole milk or dairy free milk or oat milk
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed ice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Sugar or Honey to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Guiness Stout or Rum (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass. Finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a splash of Angostura Bitters.
