Cassava Cornbread

Ingredients

  • Carmeta’s Cassava Cornbread Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

  2. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, oil or melted margarine and vanilla essence. Add Carmeta’s Cornbread Mix to the liquid mixture and stir into the dry ingredients.

  3. Spread the batter evenly into a non-stick loaf pan or 6-muffin baking pan.

  4. Bake 25 – 35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
