Twice Spiked Coconut Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/4  cup brown rum
  • 1/4  cup white rum
  • 2 scoops Bico Coconut Cream Ice Cream
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks or fresh chopped
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a frosted glass and serve.
