Citrus Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Elle & Vire® Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lime zest plus extra for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. citrus rum  optional


  1. Place a metal mixing bowl and metal whisk into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and using a hand mixer, beat on high until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with extra lime zest. Omit rum if you want.
