This piña colada-esque blender drink combines pineapple and creamy, coconut ice cream with two fine rums for a dessert that’s twice as nice.
Twice Spiked Coconut Cream Cocktail
- 1/4 cup brown rum
- 1/4 cup white rum
- 2 scoops Bico Coconut Cream Ice Cream
- 1 cup pineapple chunks or fresh chopped
- Vanilla extract to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a frosted glass and serve.
