“This non-alcoholic, mango-kiwi cocktail or mocktail, if you may, is the ideal drink for those who may not want liquor. For this recipe I used frozen mango concentrate but you can also use freshly blended mango juice for the same result.” – Chef Noel Cunningham, Cuisine by Noel
- 3 oz mango concentrate
- 4 oz water
- 2 oz grenadine
- 2 oz kiwi juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon wedge for garnish
Mix together mango concentrate with water, to desired sweetness.
Slowly pour mango juice over ice, top with kiwi juice then add grenadine. The grenadine will sit right in the middle and give you beautiful layers.
Garnish with a slice of lime or kiwi and enjoy.
