Island Paradise Cocktail
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1/4 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz water
- 2 oz vodka
- Ice cubes
Pour grenadine at the base of the glass then fill with ice.
In a separate container mix together pineapple juice and Malibu rum then stir until combined; pour into glass.
In another container mix Blue Curaçao with water and stir to combine then pour over pineapple juice.
Garnish with lemon or pineapple wedge and enjoy.
