Herb Infused Cran-Ice

This is a great way to use up extra herbs, flavour drinks or simply to dress up your tablescape. You can use any herb that you like or as much as you like.

Herb Infused Cran-Ice
Ingredients
  • Cool Runnings Cran-water
  • Bunch of fresh herbs  we used thyme, rosemary and mint
  • Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
  1. Mix the flavoured water with the lime juice. Place 1 mint leaf (or more if you desire) in an empty ice-cube tray and muddle a bit (not to much so that it does not become mushy) to help release the flavours and aromas then fill cubes with the flavoured water. Place into freezer and until frozen. Serve with water or cocktails.
