Stories that may include your food memories or adventures. We especially love recipes that show an uncommon or unique way of preparing a Caribbean ingredient. If you’ve authored a cookbook, we’ll feature an excerpt and even review it, if you ask us to. Events coverage and whatever else you’d like will do too.

For the Magazine

We publish a quarterly, high-quality print magazine with exclusive content about the tastes, people and places that make up Caribbean food culture. If you would like to be featured or make a request, see our theme for the upcoming issue here and our Contributor Guidelines & Style Guide here. Your ideas, requests and other submissions MUST fit the theme provided. We’re inviting our readers to post a photo of what they’re eating to our Facebook page each Friday, with the tag #whatscookingCS. At the end of each month, the fan whose post received the most engagement will win a prize! Only quality photos will be accepted. Posts, which do not match the Cooking Sense style, will be removed. Only posts made on Fridays will be considered.
