Cinnamon Rum & Raisin Flavoured Butter

Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted Elle & Vire Butter softened
  • 3 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. rum
  • ¼ tsp. Goya Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp. Chief Ground Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Soak raisins in the rum for 5 minutes then pulse in a food processor until chopped. Add to a small bowl with all other ingredients.
  2. Using an electric mixer or by hand, whip together the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Transfer flavoured butter to plastic wrap or wax paper and form into a log. Wrap and refrigerate until set.
Cook's Notes

Suggested uses: Spread on toast, biscuits, muffins, pancakes, waffles, ham cutter. Add to your cup of coffee for an energy boost.
