- 1 cup Carmeta’s Cassava Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- Ground linseed
- 1 tablespoon butter
In a bowl combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour batter onto a lightly greased, pre-heated pan or griddle.
Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh fruit or pancake syrup.
For vegan pancakes replace egg with a flax egg and substitute butter with coconut oil.
