“I adore Mojitos, and it’s probably because I adore limeade. And, what’s a mojito if not a spiked limeade? The thing is, however, not all mojitos are created equal and I have had my fair share of hit and miss mojitos at restaurants. Sometimes the best drinks are made right in your kitchen.”– Chantay Campbell, Greedy Girl Cooks
